When will my order ship?
Our shipping department is open Monday to Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Please allow up to 1 – 3 business days to fully process your order. Orders are not processed on Sunday. Delivery dates are based on average transit time.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be undamaged and in perfect condition.
All return request must be emailed to email@example.com
Once your return is approved, you will receive a refund confirmation. Shipping will not be refunded. You will be responsible for shipping and handling costs.
Sales items and merchandise purchased with a promo code are not eligible for returns.
It may take 5-7 days for a refund to appear in your account depending on your bank.
