From a rehearsal dinner overlooking Nantucket Sound to a poolside cocktail welcome party, to a gorgeous reception and rooftop after-party, to an after-hours beach bonfire, and finally an intimate brunch the next morning, your Pelham House wedding will be a three-day Cape Cod celebration to remember! Alex Paul is a film and digital Cape Cod wedding photographer. He uses the most modern digital cameras and lenses and classic film cameras: Leica, Hasselblad, and Pentax. He is always looking for new ways to improve his visual story-telling language, and drone photography has become his tool for the past few years. We absolutely loved working with him. He is energetic, efficient, professional, and makes you feel so comfortable and calm on your big day! All of these photos featured from the wedding day were taken by him.
Florist: Botanique of Cape Cod
Botanique is known for its lush and natural style, reminiscent of the most exquisite gardens. Their whimsical floral visions made us fall in love instantly!
Kristina and her team let their flowers flutter and dance, unfurl, and bend in the way that nature intended. Their imperfection, wildness, and transience are what makes them so beautiful, and the team honors and celebrates this in their designs. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and fully brought our ideas to life. Letting Kristina work her magic, giving her creative freedom and full trust, truly showed her team's incredible skillset!
Botanique only takes a limited number of events per season, so that they can fully immerse themselves into every intricate detail of the process. Make sure you ask about their flower donation program, which allows them to repurpose and distribute your beautiful wedding flowers to nursing homes, hospitals, and local businesses after the event is over. We took advantage of this and are so glad that nothing went to waste!
We couldn't have been happier with all of the floral designs! One of our favorite elements was the picturesque floral arch that framed the beauty of Nantucket Sound perfectly.
Stationery: The Pink Polka Dot
With over 14 years of wedding invitation design experience and a background in planning high-end weddings, consider Jen a bonus resource throughout the process! She made the process so organized, easy, and fun. The sky is the limit when you work with her! She can customize anything you dream of through her partnership with a watercolor artist, endless designs, fonts, paper, colors, etc. Bring your ideas to Jen and she and her team will make your dreams come to life!
From invites to day of needs like signage, menus, table numbers, place cards, welcome boxes, signature drink signs, and cocktail napkins to make your wedding unforgettable, she has everything to make your special day custom and unique to you. We cannot recommend working with Jen more. She is truly one of the best!
The Pink Polka Dot made everything flow so nicely together throughout the entire wedding with their color schemes, consistent fonts, and overall feel. We loved how they incorporated small nods to Cape Cod, like creating a Bourne Bridge sketch for our RSVP cards and menus and adding these Cape outline wax seals to the seating chart!
Bakery: Pelham House Resort
Pelham's in-house pastry team uses fresh and quality ingredients in all of their creations. Their highly skilled and passionate culinary team is committed to preserving the art and craft of traditional bread & pastry making while taking a modern approach.
Rentals: Makai Hawaiian Shave Ice
We had the pleasure of meeting owner, Elizabeth at our Pelham wedding tasting last year. She is the sweetest and her new upscale cart is absolutely perfect for weddings and welcome parties! She offers a variety of packages, for small or large crowds. We had her surprise our guests for our welcome party and it was a huge hit! If you're looking for a fun and unique idea for your guests, definitely check them out.
Included in all packages is the stand set up with 5 allergen-free flavors (of the customer's choosing) served in eco-friendly cups with biodegradable spoons and straws. The flavors can be made sugar-free as needed (with the natural sweetener monk fruit). Additional flavors/custom flavor menus can be created. Guests are also able to take their ices to the bar to add some alcohol to it if they'd please!
Rentals: Elevated Impressions
From Cape Cod to Boston, they are unbelievable at crafting unforgettable memories with sustainable custom balloon decor and event rentals. They have a wide variety of rentals including: arches, flower walls, champagne flute walls, donut walls, shimmer walls, marquee letters and numbers, neon signs, and more. One of their products they are most known for is their infamous balloon designs! Select the colors and vision you had in mind and Briana and her talented team will create your masterpiece! Not to mention, their latex balloons are 100% biodegradable, making them earth-friendly.
Working with Briana and her team was truly so fun! We sent her our wedding color palette and let her work her magic. She is so talented and our guests absolutely loved this photo opt! This setup was at our welcome party the night before. We hired her team to come back on the wedding day and move the install to reuse it for the cocktail hour and after-party on the rooftop. Highly recommend this idea, since some guests who didn't get to attend the welcome party got to see it the following day and it was the perfect added decor for these other events!
Little White Dress: Head Over Heels Bridal
When you visit the beautiful Head Over Heels boutique in Mashpee Commons you will have 100% of the owner, Tracy's attention! She is energetic, excited to help, and ensures you are confident in your dress decision. When making an appointment at HOH, you will get the entire boutique to yourself and your loved ones to celebrate this occasion in a very intimate setting. From wedding dresses to the most Little White Dress options around, her goal is to help your vision and dreams for your special day come to life as the most authentic and beautiful version of yourself.
Working with Tracy was so enjoyable! She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made sure the entire process was stress-free. She has a wonderful local seamstress she recommends as well for her clients!
Envelope Liner: Billington Designs
Through The Pink Polka Dot, we were able to meet Susan from Billington Designs. Susan is beyond talented and was able to bring our customized vision to life. She created a custom watercolor liner for our wedding invitation envelopes that featured some special places to us like: Nobska Light, Cape Cod outline, our initials, and some nautical flairs.
We loved her artwork for our invitations so much, that we worked with The Pink Polka Dot to reuse this custom watercolor design and incorporate it on our wedding day through signage, stationery, and our personal favorite element, these custom table numbers! All of these little touches added personalization to everything and all coordinated so well.

We had the pleasure of working with owners, Owen and Nick! They are talented and have a great eye for the little details, as well as, the overall picture. Both Nick + Owen were very professional and helped to make our wedding day run smoothly. Highly recommend!
Hair: Styled By Tori
From the trial to the wedding day, she was nothing but a pleasure to work with. She is very professional and has a very calming presence. I also hired Tori to stay for two hours of touch-ups and it was so great having her there for peace of mind and being able to touch up my hair quickly before guests arrived. I 100% would recommend hiring Tori for your big day!
